These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB.

Product images and descriptions are provided by suppliers. Availability may vary due to the dropshipping model.

4. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.

7. Returns & Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal (see Widerrufsbelehrung below). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply under German law.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.

10. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
