Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• you received the goods, or
• a third party (other than the carrier) received the goods on your behalf.

How to Withdraw

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

• We will refund all payments received
• Refunds are issued within 14 days
• Refunds use the same payment method as the original transaction

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

Return Shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom‑made items
• Hygiene products once unsealed
• Digital goods after download
